Orders

When will my order ship?

Every EVCounts product is made especially for you after your order is placed.

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

After production, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Shipping times may vary during holidays, severe weather, or other carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available depending on your location.

Delivery times and customs processing vary by country.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless otherwise stated during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Because each product is custom made after your order is placed, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

Ordering the wrong size
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong color or style
Accidental purchases

Please review our size charts before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item

We'll review your request and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Products

How should I wash my apparel?

To help preserve your garment and printed design:

Wash inside out.
Machine wash cold.
Use mild detergent.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron directly over the printed design.

Will the colors look exactly like they do online?

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, monitor settings, or mobile device.

Where are your products made?

Our products are printed and fulfilled through trusted production partners. Production locations may vary depending on product availability and shipping destination.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout, including major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options supported by Shopify.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes.

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout using industry-standard encryption. EVCounts does not store your credit card information.
